The staff was helpful & knowledgeable. Lots of food at the generous and enjoyable breakfast.

I loved the details, like location and staff, they were lovely.

I had cozy, elegant room with garden and the hot tub, for instance, had good night's sleep. Plenty of food for breakfast, the food was excellent.

Our room was stunning and exceptional with the hot tub, view looking over garden plus garden. Its location was very central, a few steps away from San Zaccaria Waterbus. Small hotel set in the lovely area. Everything was simply great.

Charming small place, it has fab location close enough to saint Marco's square, main attractions, the centre. The staff are polite, and there is a beautiful hall to relax in.

All in all a characterful hotel and very relaxing stay. Perfect breakfast, extremely friendly staff, favourable location. Last time we stopped we had a bright, beautifully designed room. Walking distance to stores and various stores across the street. The pool was great too.

Very approachable staff & secluded location. Nice sized bedroom with a bright bathroom. Lots of options for breakfast, reasonably priced eggs, pastries and toast. A pleasure to stay here, functional hotel, I would recommend.

The hotel was tasteful, the staff was courteous, quite comfortable experience overall. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a mini-bar, satellite TV and an individual safe. All the services were excellent. There was a lovely garden.

Location is pleasant and I liked immaculate rooms and very thoughtful staff. It is found in a charming area. Clean enough hotel and helpful service. What is more, free WiFi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property. Fabulous base for exploring Venice.

The hotel is very clean, staff are very knowledgeable and breakfast is such wonderful! Well designed, really spacious rooms and luxury bathrooms. Super comfy location to a wide canal.

It was worth its 4 stars. Absolutely comfy beds, fine bathroom. We were surprised by the garden too. There's Wine Bar Hk with nice shots within short walking distance to the venue...

The location was not far from a great selection places to eat, such as bars and restaurants. It was NICE as always. The hotel was very clean.

Hotel was in front of a bus stop - you can go everywhere. Great breakfast, thanks a lot. We got room with a shower.
